Terms of Service

1. General

These terms of service apply to the Chrome extensions offered by Finnzon Oy (Business ID: 2849466-3), c/o Jussi Hyvärinen, Ankkurinvarsi 17 G, 02320 Espoo, Finland, including Local Lead Finder, Outreach Automation Pro, Guest Post Finder Pro, and Understand This Page. By using the extensions, you agree to these terms.

These terms take effect upon installation of the extension and remain in effect for as long as the extension is in use.

2. Definitions

• Finnzon — Finnzon Oy, the service provider of the extensions
• User — the person or company that installs and uses the extension. The user acts as data controller for their own campaigns and collected contact data.
• Extension — a Finnzon Chrome extension, including Local Lead Finder, Outreach Automation Pro, Guest Post Finder Pro, or Understand This Page

3. Service description

Local Lead Finder

The extension retrieves business contact information from Google Maps via the Apify service and compiles it into a list. Users can export data to a spreadsheet or send it to a webhook destination.

Outreach Automation Pro

The extension automates sending email campaigns through Google Gmail. Contact details are read from Google Sheets. The extension supports follow-up emails, email open tracking, and link click tracking.

Guest Post Finder Pro

The extension finds guest post and write-for-us prospects through Google SERP searches using the user's own Apify API token. It enriches public website data with submission URLs, contact emails, prospect signals, and CSV exports.

Understand This Page

The extension analyzes the current page, selected text, and surrounding visible context after a user action. The built-in AI service routes requests through Finnzon's proxy to OpenAI.

4. User obligations

The user agrees to the following terms:

• Extensions are used solely for B2B purposes (business communication)
• The user is responsible for complying with GDPR and other data protection legislation in their own campaigns
• The user ensures that outreach is based on legitimate interest or another lawful basis
• Email campaigns must include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism
• The user does not send messages to consumers without consent
• The user is responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services they connect, including Apify and Google services

5. Email tracking

Outreach Automation Pro includes email open and link click tracking functionality. Tracking is enabled by default, and the user can disable it in the extension settings.

• Open tracking uses an invisible image pixel
• Link tracking routes clicks through a tracking server
• The user is responsible for disclosing the use of tracking to recipients in their own privacy policy
• Tracking data is retained on finnzon.fi according to operational needs, security requirements, and legal obligations; retention periods may vary

6. Acceptable use

The extensions may not be used for:

• Sending spam
• Sending messages to consumers without consent
• Misleading or fraudulent communication
• Violating CAN-SPAM or equivalent legislation
• Any other illegal activity

Finnzon reserves the right to revoke the license if the user violates these terms.

7. License

• A unique installation ID is created for each installation
• Free trials and feature limits may vary by product
• Guest Post Finder Pro includes a 7-day trial and paid monthly or yearly subscription plans
• Understand This Page includes a free tier and may offer paid monthly or yearly Pro subscription plans
• Some older extension products may be sold as one-time licenses
• The license is personal and may not be transferred to third parties
• Finnzon verifies license validity via the server

8. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

• Guest Post Finder Pro and Understand This Page subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
• Users can manage subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation through Stripe-hosted billing flows where available, or by contacting Finnzon support.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Discount codes and 100% promotional checkouts may be used for testing or promotional purposes at Finnzon's discretion.
• Refunds are handled case by case and only where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Finnzon.
• Temporary outages, delays, missing data, or degraded performance in third-party services such as OpenAI, Apify, Google, Stripe, Ahrefs data sources, or actor providers do not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

9. Third-party services and data accuracy

Some extension features depend on third-party services and data sources, including OpenAI, Apify, Google, Stripe, and Ahrefs-related data providers available through Apify actors.

• The user is responsible for their own third-party accounts, API keys, credits, usage limits, and compliance with third-party terms.
• Finnzon does not control third-party availability, pricing, rate limits, actor output, data freshness, or changes to third-party APIs.
• Prospect data, email addresses, domain metrics, traffic estimates, backlinks, and similar enrichment data are provided on a best-effort basis and may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable.
• Finnzon is not responsible for Apify credit usage, failed Apify runs, actor delays, or third-party data returning blank or incorrect values.
• The user remains responsible for verifying exported data before outreach, publishing, sales, or compliance decisions.

10. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in detail in our privacy policy.

11. Limitation of liability

Finnzon provides the extensions "as is". Finnzon is not liable for:

• Indirect damages arising from the use of the extensions
• The operation, availability, pricing, credits, API changes, or output quality of third-party services including Google, Apify, Stripe, and Ahrefs-related data providers
• The content or legality of messages sent by the user
• Data loss, extension malfunctions, browser changes, or third-party website blocking
• Business decisions, outreach outcomes, deliverability, search rankings, or revenue expectations based on exported data

12. Changes to terms

Finnzon reserves the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated on the website and by email to active users.
